Can’t think of a title
It seems that VS and VJ is considering a merger. While i’m in FULL support of this move, I’m still uncomfortable since this means (according to a mailer by the OVA) that VS will no longer be the last remaining goverment all boys secondary school (with 131 years of history). I could go on and on, but i’ll wait for the forum that OVA is holding before I come to my full conclusion. Heh. De.ja.vu.
Music and Lyrics is a really nice movie. Watched it earlier this week. Nice soundtrack too. “Don’t write me off” from the soundtrack can be found below. You’ll probably not get the full meaning of the song unless you’ve watched the movie, so go watch if you haven’t already! (I almost never chase people to watch non IT-related movies, so yes. You get the point =D )

Had a sudden influx of clients (Jonaize) lately, had to turn a few away due to lack of resources. Quality before quantity. Darn. I really should start expanding the size and capacity of Jonaize, but I’m not willing to do that now as I’ll be embarking on a restructuring exercise regarding the services offered by Jonaize come Q1 2008.
Sigh.
The Week
This was perhaps the most ‘happening’ week.
FYP Meeting on Tuesday.
Excellence Awards (which was much more grand then I anticipated) on Wednesday. heh.
Movie on Thursday. =)
ADD on Friday.
And of course a lot of FYP in between.

KOREF Level Camps
Alright. Brief period of inspiration to blog, so I had might as well capitalise on it before I drown myself in the sorrow of my GPA again.
VS Sec 3 Level Camp (5th to 8th) followed by Yishun Town Sec 3 Level Camp (8th to 11th). First time I’ve spent a week running camps in Malaysia (minus 7th night when I came back so as to bring YTSS to KOREF on the 8th).
VS Camp. Started off with a bit of delays because of the bus arrangements, but made up for it throughout the day. Day 1 was rather boring for the campers though. We had to reschedule quite last minute since VS was not going to the Malaysian school for games. Was assigned to Asli Water Obstacles for Day 2 and 3 with John Cheo and Ren An (SL). Really had fun there. =) Hope the campers had fun too.
Got my (relatively bad) results on the 7th. Shall stop there. Left before campfire (dammit) to head back to SG.
YTSS Sec 3 Level Camp. Campers were damn high and quite enthu, so sorta managed to push my results to the back of my mind and concentrate on running the camp. Was assigned to orienteering this time, not too exciting, but hey, some things just have to be done.
Both camps were, overall, rather fun. Got to know quite a few more ‘green shirts’ as well as the VS and YTSS Student Leaders. Really fun people. And who can forget the game of Polar Bear on the last night. Heh. Good memories.
Ok. There goes my inspiration. Thus that’s all I shall write.
.
3.98. Basket lah. Still no mood to blog about VS and YTSS Sec 3 level camps (at KOREF).
On the bright side, I received some Model Student Award thingie from SP. But still, in all fairness, i’m really sore about the 3.98.
I mean really, look at the results below. How can you not feel like
a) giving someone a hard knock and tight slap
b) finding somewhere high up to jump from
c) that stupid b+ broke something 3 semesters in the making, which could have been a possible 4th semester.
