VS Open House Website

Okie, I’ve decided to ‘launch’ the open house website first, then wait for the content from Mr Maran.

If you guys reading this have blogs, do link to it (http://openhouse.vs.moe.edu.sg/) using the words Victoria School Open House. So when people do a search for ‘Open House’, guess which school comes out tops? :D

I’ve just realised that doing Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) and promotion of the Open House site isn’t exactly a piece of cake.

There are tons (and I mean _TONS_) of schools in the world with ‘Victoria’ in their names. And the phrase ‘Open House’ isn’t easy to contend with either, since there are like 22.7 million sites on Google (global) for ‘Open House’.

Sigh, should have started SEO earlier.
