Of LTC, CIC, EMD and PPC

Of LTC and CIC. (for xh and jont)

In all honesty, I dun really think it makes that much of a difference if one goes for LTC or CIC. I’ve been through both and really the only thing that differenciates them is the job of those who ‘graduate’. LTC is more for CCA leaders (though not nessarily the JLs will become CCA Leaders) while CIC is more for organising, planning and running camps (though the CLs not nessarily run all level camps).

On a personal note, I prefered CIC to LTC, mainly due to the uniqueness of the style used to run the camp and the lessons I learnt there. But I will not dismiss the skills and experiences I received in LTC, for they have helped shape who I want to be.. So will the two of you stop fighting already? hahaz..

Of EMD.

Wanted to post this quite a while back (after EMD) but for some reason I didn’t. Afraid perhaps..

Moving on, I clearly remember 1 particular play, not only because it was interesting, but also caus of the actor(ess). If you have no idea what i’m talking about, go here . If you still have no idea what i’m talking about, that fella in the pic is a Sec 2 Victorian. And no, VS is not a co-ed school (if you didn’t realise that by now you aught to go jump down from the 7th floor of VS).

I think it takes a whole lof of balls (no pun intended) to do _that_ in front of a packed (and very testerone filled) auditorium. As in seriously. Woah.

Of PPC.

Finally, I’ve succumbed to the pressures of Microsoft and bought a Dell Axim x50 PPC. Its freaking cool. Not forgetting powerful. Heck I just copied Daniel’s CF card of pictures for the Open House Site to my SD card without my laptop / cardreader.

Now thats what I call power on the go..
